Uni-Com 230 Insulated Commercial Doors have all of the features architect's, engineers, and contractors need in a commercial insulated sectional door. Uni-Com 230 features a five coat pre-finished wood grained steel interior and exterior surface, accented with horizontal "V" grooves for a traditional commercial look and added durability.

The interior side of the Uni-Com 230, has a full 4" steel intermediate backup plate, for secure attachment of commercial hardware, hinges and struts. By capping each panel with a 16 gauge galvanized steel end stile, the Uni-Com meets all of the commercial specifications for a standard 2" thickness.

Each panel is designed with a tongue-and-groove profile. With the addition of WeatherGrip,™ a high efficiency thermal bond, the Uni-Com 230 offers superior strength and thermal protection. WeatherGrip™ is applied across the top and bottom of each section, providing increased load strength of the Uni-Com 230.

The weather seal is a heavy-duty PVC bottom weather strip with retainer that assures a tight seal along the floor, and cushions against continual closing impact.

Uni-Com 230 has a R-Value of 8.3 with a solid polystyrene core bonded to two steel face sheets, providing solid value for all commercial garage door installations.

Uni-Com 230 is available in sizes up to 18' wide and 16' high with individual section heights of 18", 21" and 24". Three section heights allow greater flexibility fitting non-standard openings.
